1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "jilwin," "we," "us," "our" refers to jilwin.club and its operating entity, which holds the relevant gaming authorizations to provide online gaming services within the PAGCOR-regulated Philippine market.
• "Platform" means the jilwin website at jilwin.club and all associated games, features, tools, promotions, and services accessible through it.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who has registered or is seeking to register a jilwin account, or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account created by registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money PHP funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds not yet satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins credits, or other non-cashable incentives granted by jilwin under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by jilwin and applicable regulations before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the exclusive currency of account balances and transactions on the jilwin Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulator of gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the jilwin Platform, accessing any game, making a deposit, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• Are of legal gambling age (21 years or older) as required under Philippine gaming regulations;
• Are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by jilwin or any regulatory body with jurisdiction over your gaming activities;
• Are accessing the Platform for personal recreational purposes only and not in any professional or commercial capacity that violates these terms;
• Understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on jilwin.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by jilwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an Account on jilwin. This age threshold reflects the minimum legal gambling age under PAGCOR-regulated gaming standards applicable to the Philippine market. jilwin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any Account where the Player is found to be underage.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the jilwin Platform. Players may not register multiple Accounts, whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jilwin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all but one Account and to adjust any balances accordingly. Winnings generated through duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

The jilwin Platform is intended for players located in the Philippines. Players accessing jilwin from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. jilwin makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

jilwin is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations and anti-money laundering obligations. As part of this process, jilwin may request the following documentation at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued Philippine ID bearing your photograph and date of birth (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address in the Philippines, dated within 90 days.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account, PayMaya account, bank account) is registered in your name or is otherwise associated with your verified identity.
• Source of Funds Declaration: In cases where transaction volumes exceed applicable reporting thresholds, jilwin may require a declaration of the source of funds used for gaming activities.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 calendar days of the request) may result in withdrawal processing delays or Account suspension until compliance is achieved.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilwin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jilwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure;
• Notify jilwin immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account;
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents;
• Log out completely from any shared or public device after accessing your Account.

jilwin reserves the right to require Account credential resets where suspicious activity is detected, and to temporarily suspend an Account pending security review where unauthorized access is suspected.

6 Deposits & Payments

jilwin accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, USDT (TRC20 network), and Bitcoin. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Crypto deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation on the blockchain. jilwin is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a crypto deposit is initiated and the time it is confirmed.

The minimum single deposit amount is ₱50 via e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya). Minimum amounts for bank transfer and crypto deposits may differ and are displayed at the cashier. jilwin reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit amounts without prior notice.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jilwin Account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 5–30 minutes depending on the originating bank's processing time. Crypto deposits are credited upon one network confirmation on the applicable blockchain.

You confirm that all funds deposited to your jilwin Account are your own legitimate funds and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. You may not deposit funds on behalf of a third party or use your Account to process funds for others.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can only be processed from a fully KYC-verified Account. If your Account has not yet undergone verification, you will be required to complete the KYC process before any withdrawal is released, regardless of the withdrawal amount.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's support for outbound transfers. Where this is not technically possible, jilwin will work with you to process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method in your name.

jilwin aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval for standard e-wallet (GCash, PayMaya) withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Standard daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification status and VIP tier. Players at the Bronze tier may withdraw up to ₱50,000 per day. Higher limits apply to Silver, Gold, and Diamond tier members as described in the jilwin VIP program terms. Limits may be adjusted by contacting player support.

Accounts with a balance greater than zero that have been inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to inactivity administration. jilwin will attempt to contact you using registered contact details before any such measures are applied. Your principal deposit balance is not forfeited during inactivity review.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jilwin are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry dates. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, wagering requirements on jilwin bonuses must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire and are removed from your Account at the end of this period if not satisfied.

jilwin reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close an Account where we reasonably determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated systems or scripts to meet wagering requirements; structured betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms rather than genuine gameplay; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements through offsetting bets.

Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable. Only real money winnings generated from bonus fund wagers — after full satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements — are withdrawable. Where you choose to withdraw funds before completing a bonus wagering requirement, jilwin reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings derived directly from that bonus before processing the withdrawal.

9 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jilwin Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or help documentation. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. In the event of any discrepancy between the game interface display and the underlying game server result, the server result shall prevail.

jilwin does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at any given time. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, or regulatory requirements. jilwin shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of game unavailability, provided that any wagers placed on interrupted rounds are either voided and refunded or completed per the game provider's standard procedure for interrupted rounds.

Live dealer games at jilwin are provided by certified third-party studios (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming). The rules of each live game are governed by the studio's published rules for that game variant. jilwin is not responsible for dealer errors or technical failures originating within the live studio, but will escalate all documented disputes to the relevant provider on the player's behalf.

10 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the jilwin Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with jilwin games, the Platform interface, or the Account system;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical exploit, software vulnerability, collusion, or coordination with other players in any manner that circumvents the intended mechanics of a game;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the jilwin Platform as a vehicle;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point in your use of jilwin;
• Opening or operating a jilwin Account on behalf of a third party, or permitting a third party to use your Account;
• Engaging in charge-backs or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with jilwin support;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilwin staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access any part of the jilwin Platform that you are not authorized to access, including administrative systems, other players' Accounts, or backend infrastructure.

Any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended pending investigation. jilwin reserves the right to permanently close such Accounts, void associated wagers, and forfeit balances where prohibited conduct is substantiated. jilwin may also report such conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable law requires or permits it.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilwin Platform — including but not limited to the jilwin name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of jilwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jilwin Platform without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of jilwin intellectual property may result in Account suspension and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilwin's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if jilwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Network outages, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on the Player's end;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any delay, failure, or error in game or transaction processing caused by circumstances outside jilwin's reasonable control (force majeure events);
• Your reliance on information provided on the Platform as constituting professional financial, legal, or gambling advice.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

13 Responsible Gaming

jilwin is committed to the wellbeing of its players. Gambling should be an entertaining recreational activity. If gambling is causing financial hardship, affecting your relationships, or is no longer enjoyable, we encourage you to use jilwin's responsible gaming tools or seek help.

jilwin reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gaming measures — including enforced deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion — where jilwin staff identify indicators of problem gambling behavior, regardless of whether the Player has formally requested such measures. This includes but is not limited to patterns of significant financial loss, distressed communications with support staff, or sudden dramatic increases in wagering activity.

Players who have set a self-exclusion on their jilwin Account may not circumvent this restriction by registering a new Account. Any Account registered during an active self-exclusion period will be immediately closed and any deposits refunded.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

You may close your jilwin Account at any time by contacting player support via live chat. Upon closure request, jilwin will process any remaining withdrawable Balance to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to any outstanding verification requirements or pending wagering obligation reviews.

jilwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information;
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling;
• Risk management or commercial necessity, at jilwin's sole discretion.

Where suspension or closure is initiated for reasons other than breach by the Player, jilwin will return the Player's verifiable Balance after completing any required review. Where closure results from Player breach, jilwin reserves the right to withhold balances pending full investigation and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

jilwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in jilwin's Privacy Policy.

jilwin will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, necessary to facilitate your requested transactions (e.g., payment processing), or expressly consented to by you. Your data is processed and stored with appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

16 Amendments to These Terms

jilwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — jilwin will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered address associated with your Account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the jilwin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you should close your Account and withdraw any available Balance before the amendment takes effect.

The current effective version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at jilwin.club/terms-conditions. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision date.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jilwin Platform shall first be addressed by contacting jilwin customer support. jilwin is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and promptly at the support level before any escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support within 30 calendar days of formal written notification, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable Philippine law.

The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled amicably.
